1.   What information do we collect and how do we use it?

a. We COLLECT information that visitors enter on our website in the ‘Contact Us’ form.  The information includes a visitor’s first and last name, their phone number, e-mail address and a description of what they would like to discuss with us.  We use this information to respond to the visitor via phone call and e-mail.  Our responses can include actionable suggestions to help businesses improve business planning, management and / or operations and help resolve issues and problems; these actionable suggestions may be displayed on our website’s Actionable Suggestions page without reference to the names of businesses to whom the suggestions were sent to in order to keep names confidential and private.  We may also use the information to conduct business analysis and suggest other services that may be helpful.

b. Another way we COLLECT information is via phone calls and documentation we receive from people who want to use our consulting services.  The information includes names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, topics of interest and other business-related information.  This information is USED to respond to requests in the same manner as stated above.  We may also use the information to conduct business analysis and suggest other services that may be helpful.

c. As many websites do, we USE “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our web sites. Please refer to the “Do we use ‘cookies’?” section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

d. We may use the information to conduct internal audits, data analysis and research to improve our service offerings and customer communications.

2.   Do we disclose the information to third parties?

We may disclose information we collect to third parties as follows:

d. We need to resolve any disputes and / or enforce agreements.

f. We communicate with our website hosting partner in order to support our business.

We will NOT sell any information.

3.   How do we protect visitor information?

We run off of code base servers and we use enterprise class firewalls to protect your information.  Our servers are monitored 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to ensure your information is protected.

NOTE: You will NEVER have to enter your social security number, date of birth or credit card information on our site and we do NOT accept payments on our site. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

4.   How long do we keep the information?

Personal information will be retained for a period of 3 years. 

5.   Do we use “cookies”?
